Seminar: Managing Delays on Construction Projects

Joanne Kelly and Julian Sutton will be hosting a seminar on the subject of managing delays on construction projects.

The discussion will involve:

• Contrasting the JCT and NEC3 forms and how each of these forms deal with delay, in particular, concurrent delays; and

• Discussion of examples where parties have sought to avoid an extension of time award for concurrent delay relying on amended contractual machinery.
