Memery Crystal acts for Cenkos Securities on AIM placement of Restore Plc

The firm has acted for existing client Cenkos Securities plc, advising them as nominated adviser and broker to Restore Plc on its placing on AIM to raise up to £35 million to partially fund the acquisition of the PHS Data Solutions Business.
The Memery Crystal team comprised chairman Lesley Gregory, Partner and Head of Corporate Michael Dawes and Solicitor George Pendarves.
