Memery Crystal add planning specialist to real estate team

Memery Crystal is pleased to announce the addition of experienced planning lawyer Claire Saffer to its real estate team.

In a career spanning nearly 15 years, Claire has advised clients on planning aspects of acquisitions and disposals across the commercial, residential, retail, hotel and energy sectors. This includes advising on application and appeal strategy, judicial review, interpretation of planning permissions and conditions, and planning and highways agreements. She has also advised on CIL strategy and conducted pre-submission review of planning applications and environmental statements, as well as on CPO strategy. Claire joins Memery Crystal from Forsters LLP, and prior to that, she worked with CMS for over 10 years.
