Memery Crystal adds three to the partnership

We are delighted to announce that Adam Gross, Iain MacWhannell and Victoria Lowe have joined the partnership at Memery Crystal. Their promotions became effective from May 1st 2017. This takes the number of partners at Memery Crystal to 27.

Adam Gross has a strong record of litigating on property and land disputes for entrepreneurial property companies, developers, family trusts, high net worth individuals and retail, restaurant and leisure tenants. He also advises clients on various risks identified in property transactions.

Iain MacWhannell focuses on disputes that arise out of the energy and financial services sectors.  Iain has particular experience in insolvency, contractual disputes, commercial fraud (especially in relation to injunctive relief), financial products and tax.

Victoria Lowe has considerable experience in a full range of commercial property transactions including: landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties, property investment, auction purchases and sales and property development. Victoria’s client base is broad, but she particularly undertakes work for clients in the retail and leisure sectors as well as developers and investors.
