Memery Crystal has advised existing client ASK Partners on their new 5-year office lease at 35 Harley Street, Howard de Walden’s Marylebone head office building.

Formerly based on Queen Anne Street, ASK will occupy the first floor of the newly refurbished west London landmark building. Howard de Walden returned in August 2021 to its historic headquarters following extensive refurbishment to occupy the entire building excluding one floor, which will now be used by ASK. The building has been Howard de Walden’s headquarters since the 1880s.

The Memery Crystal team on this transaction was led by our head of real estate private client Nicola Kravitz and senior associate Tristan Wark.

Commenting on deal, Nicola Kravitz said: “The refurbished 35 Harley Street combines modern design and environmental standards with a lot of heritage. This is an exciting move for ASK and we are delighted to have assisted. We wish them the best as they continue to grow their business from their new offices.
