Memery Crystal advise DAO Estate on Hampstead High Street acquisition

The real estate team at Memery Crystal have advised long-standing client DAO Estate on the acquisition of 57-64A High Street, Hampstead. The iconic property, located in a prime pitch on the south side of the High Street, comprises a handsome terrace of 9 retail units spread across 8 separate buildings.

The retail units, let to an eclectic range of independent and well-known brands including Gail’s, Space NK, Sushi Shop, Bimba Y Lola, Save The Children, Joe & The Juice, L’Occitane, Jane & Dada, and Brandy Melville.
