Memery Crystal is delighted to announce that it has advised Chariot Limited, the African focused transitional energy company listed on AIM, on a $30 million fundraising through a conditional placing, subscription and open offer.
The net proceeds of the fundraise will be used by Chariot to advance the engineering and design of the Anchois Gas Development and progress a renewable power pipeline, strategic partnering and new venture opportunities.
The transaction was the third fundraise by Chariot in the past year. Memery Crystal has advised the company on each deal.
The Memery Crystal team comprised Andrew Titmas, Robert Bines-Black and Hannah Maxwell.
