Memery Crystal advises client Fairview New Homes on c.£350m site acquisition in Park Royal

Memery Crystal has advised Fairview New Homes in its recent acquisition of a 5.5 acre development site for over 800 new homes in West London with a gross development value of over £350m.

Memery Crystal’s Real Estate group advised on all real estate aspects of the transaction for Fairview.  The team was led by Alastair Moss, with support from Victoria Lowe from (real estate),  Vivian Klaf, Nick Alfille, Karl Williams and David Walker (corporate) and Tim Crosley (tax).
