Memery Crystal advises Future Stores on acquisition of flagship Oxford Street store

At a glance

Memery Crystal has advised immersive retail media brand, Future Stores, on the acquisition of a 4,710 square-foot flagship store at 91-101 Oxford Street.

Future Stores, a ‘pioneer in immersive retail media’, uses cutting-edge technology to provide dynamic platform for brands to deploy marketing campaigns, through data driven insights, immersive brand experiences, and a number of state-of-the-art LED screens. This space will be let out to brands, allowing them to manage impactful product launches worldwide at the same time, without the need to take on expensive prime retail sites for any longer than they need.

The deal was led by Legal Director, Nickhil Mandora, with support from trainees Menelaos Yiannakas, Alex Willis and Sam Sykes.

Nickhil commented:

“This hugely ambitious project is a major coup for the City and showcases the fact that Oxford Street remains at the forefront of world retail. Future Stores have the potential to radically change how retail spaces are created and considered and I am delighted to be part of the journey.”

"Extremely knowledgeable and experienced in contracting and construction law. Knowledgeable in working in foreign countries. Excellent in adapting standard construction and services contracts to suit circumstances."
