Memery Crystal advises longstanding client Telford Homes on £300m forward-funding deal

Memery Crystal is delighted to have supported longstanding client Telford Homes on a £300m forward-funding deal for three Build to Rent developments. Memery Crystal led on all property and construction aspects of one of the three sites (Capital Interchange Way in Brentford).

 

Build to Rent

The Memery Crystal team on this deal was led by our Head of Construction Joanne Kelly, and included Real Estate Legal Director Tristan Wark, Head of Corporate Nick Alfillé, Corporate Legal Director Melanie Belford, Construction Senior Associate James Ashwin, and Construction Paralegal Meera Pankhania. Joanne Kelly commented: “We are delighted to have assisted Telford Homes again with its focus on constructing high quality Build to Rent developments across the capital”.

Our work on this deal follows previously advising Telford on the construction aspects of their Nine Elms and Walthamstow BTR schemes.
