Memery Crystal advises new client, T.G. Acquisitions Limited, on landmark property purchase

T.G. Acquisitions has agreed to purchase the property, an historic Victorian building on South Audley Street, from Lord Verjee, the Liberal Democrat peer and renowned real estate investor. Thomas Goode, the china and silverware supplier to the royal household, will remain a key tenant of the block and it is expected to attract more luxury retailers in due course.
