Memery Crystal advises Round World Group on the purchase of its new headquarters, a newly refurbished freehold building on Wigmore Street, situated in Marylebone Village, in the heart of London’s West End.

Memery Crystal is delighted to have assisted Round World Group with its purchase of this rare freehold on Wigmore Street, in the heart of the West End of London, moments away from Selfridges. The building has been substantially newly fitted out and is ideally configured for the range of business in the Round World Group.

Round World started as a talent management agency in 2006 and has now expanded into TV production, digital creative and strategy, and merchant services. The group has represented global talent such as Pele, David Beckham OBE, and The England Football Team’s commercial rights for more than 12 years and all the way through to the current manager Gareth Southgate OBE.

The building comprises lower ground, ground and 6 upper floors and benefits from substantial ongoing investment and regeneration of the immediate surrounding area including the newly opened Elizabeth Line and other public realm improvements.

Commenting on the deal, Round World Group Chairman Terry Byrne, said: “Memery Crystal were a true partner to us as we secured this building for our long-term future. The advice we received was commercial and clear and the team’s hard work and dedication ensured that we were able to close an intense negotiation. We could not be happier with the service we have received.”

Memery Crystal’s co-head of Real Estate, Daniel Abrahams, commented: We are delighted to have helped Round World Group secure this off market prime freehold, which will be key to the company’s future, in such a prime location. Together with the Allsop team, we formed a dedicated group of lawyers across multiple disciplines to ensure specialist advice was provided for all areas of this complex transaction.’’

The Memery Crystal team was led by co-head of Real Estate Daniel Abrahams and included Craig Jones, Sophie Moonshine, Karkay Lee, James Ashwin, Claire Saffer, Michael Lanning and Leigh Sayliss. Allsop LLP acted as agent.
