Memery Crystal advises Z Hotels on its recent financing deal with OakNorth Bank

Z Hotels is a growing business with 11 hotels across London, Glasgow, Liverpool and Bath. Memery Crystal have acted for Z Hotels since their inception on all aspects of their debt finance from the early days of funding their first site in Soho to their current senior financings to fund the group’s expansion.

The Memery Crystal team on this transaction was led by Partner, Matthew Lindsay. The team also included Michaela Berryman. Commenting on the deal, Lindsay said: “We are pleased to have advised Z Hotels, a very successful and ambitious business, on this deal. The deal is the latest in what has been a very successful 12 months for the Real Estate Finance team at Memery Crystal and we look forward to continuing to advise Z as they embark on further expansion.”
