Nick Davis and Michael Dawes, who head up Memery Crystal’s Mining Team, will be in Cape town for Mining Indaba (February 5 – 9th 2017).  As the world’s largest mining investment conference, Michael and Nick are looking forward to meeting with many of our clients and to keeping our clients and contacts informed of relevant industry developments.  Having recently acted for Tharisa, the first mining company to list on the Main Market in five years, Memery Crystal’s Mining Team has continued to build its expertise within the mining sector alongside its well established capital markets history.

This year, we’re delighted to be hosting an exclusive roundtable in partnership with London Stock Exchange, Deloitte, JP Morgan and Tamesis Partners.  The roundtable will explore the benefits of a secondary listing in London, the lifecycle of a company moving from AIM to the Main Market and the current appetite for mining and Africa focused investment in London.  For more details click here.

Memery Crystal is proud to be co-sponsoring a cocktail reception with Shore Capital and Tavistock on the 6th February at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology Granger Bay.

If you are attending Indaba and would like to meet Michael and Nick there, please contact them on the details below.
