Memery Crystal secures lending for £50m residential scheme in Southend

The development comprises almost 300 flats, 227 of which will be private and 52 of which will be shared-ownership. The scheme will act as a catalyst for the increasingly popular residential market in the seaside town, which enjoys excellent links into Central London.
