Memery Crystal advise Touker Suleyman’s Low Profile Holdings Ltd on its £29 million sale of Boston House in Fitzrovia, London

Having previously acted on the acquisition of the 20,951 sq ft listed building in 2017, Memery Crystal advised Low Profile Holdings Limited on the sale of the freehold office building to Randox Laboratories with the benefit of planning consent for a change of use to educational purposes.
