    Recent experience

    • Assisted on a £140 million refinancing of an iconic asset in London and subsequent asset management of the building for a UK investor.
    • Assisted on a £365 million joint venture acquisition financing of the entire share capital of the target company for a UK investor.
    • Assisted with a FTSE 100 Bank financing 8 separate parcels of land for a leading UK property developer.
    • Assisted with a U.S. Bank’s debt facility to a privately owned real estate fund whereby 12 commercial properties were added to the existing security pool.
    • Assisted a FTSE 250 Bank in relation to the refinancing of a portfolio of 50 residential units and 4 commercial units.
    • Assisted on numerous acquisitions, refinancing and development financing deals between £5m – £20m with security over commercial property, land, residential portfolios, and hotels.
    • General asset management (surrenders and re-grants, wayleaves, and licences).
