    Ben Hillman is a consultant to the Real Estate Litigation team at Memery Crystal. Ben has nearly 20 years’ experience in real estate and commercial litigation. He advises leading international and UK companies, retailers, insurers, corporate occupiers, developers and investors. His practice focuses on complex disputes, such as breaches of contract, confidence, property fraud, business lease renewals, possession claims, and real estate disputes with an insolvency aspect.

    Ben has appeared in the courts at all levels and has significant experience in High Court and Court of Appeal matters including with claims for injunctive relief. He is has an excellent track record of successful outcomes in alternative dispute resolution forums. He is an accredited mediator and has higher rights of audience.
