    Jaya Pradhan is a solicitor in Memery Crystal’s Corporate team.

    Jaya has experience in private M&A, public company IPO, takeovers, private equity, pre-seed and investment finance and providing general corporate advice. He supports a variety of clients ranging from start-ups and SMEs to large private corporations.  He has a keen interest in the health, technology and renewables sectors.

    Jaya completed his training contract with the firm, building on a previous career in the charities sector.
