    Expertise

    Lucie is a Partner in the Corporate team. She specialises in acquisitions and disposals of private companies and advising on fundraisings by growth companies. She also advises on a range of other company law matters including the structuring of new companies, corporate re-organisations and joint ventures across a variety of sectors.

    Outside work, Lucie enjoys doing jigsaws with her son and building Lego with her daughter. Lucie is passionate about raising autism-awareness and dedicates time to supporting autistic families. She keenly follows fashion and football, particularly Tottenham Hotspur.

    • Acting for a London AIM listed client and NYSE-listed Jersey company on its agreement to acquire a Zimbabwe gold mining project via the acquisition of its Mauritian holding company.
    • Acting for the purchaser on several separate acquisitions of English companies in the environmental and/or construction sector.
    • Advising fintech growth company on various equity fundraisings from its existing Series A investor and third parties.
    • Advising various growth companies on further fundraisings, option plans, departing directors and compulsory share transfers and other ongoing corporate advice.
