Expertise
Tristan Wark is a Partner within our real estate private client team, with broad experience including acquisitions and disposals, development, lettings and portfolio management, real estate finance and corporate real estate.
He acts for a range of clients including property companies, high net worth individuals, institutional investors, traditional and alternative lenders, retailers and developers.
He has particular experience in landlord and tenant matters (with experience acting for both landlords and tenants), as well as leading cross practice transactions including negotiating development agreements and subject to planning deals.
Outside of work, Tristan enjoys travel and took a career sabbatical to visit Vietnam, Japan and the United States in 2018. He is also a fitness enthusiast and a qualified Level 2 Gym fitness instructor.
