Sapcote is a property development company founded in 1853 and a longstanding client. The team acted for Sapcote on the sale of its flagship Power Road Studios to property investment and development company Helical Bar Plc for £34.2m.
The two acre site, with 62,000sqft of buildings, is currently 100% occupied by a range of tenants, predominantly from the media and creative industries.
The team worked to a very tight deadline on this transaction and the sale was completed in ten days.
